Solo
Keep the Bopper in the air without using the same part of your body twice in a row. Once you reach 10 times you are a bronze player, between 10 & 20 times  you are a silver player and over 20 you are a gold player.  video

Rounders
A number of players stand in a circle and pass the Bopper to each other. The objective is to keep the Bopper in the air for a measured time. Players are allowed only 3 juggles each using different parts of the body before passing to another player. video

Teams
The game is played one against one, two against two or three against three in a rectangular court about the size of a volleyball court. A full team has three reserves so that players can be swapped during a game. It can be played with or without a net.
Toss a coin to decide which team serves first, the server must be behind the baseline. Only the team that wins the serve can score points, if the other side wins they serve next time. To serve, hit the Bopper into the opponent's court.

Score: A set is won when 21 points are scored and a match is won when a team wins 2 sets. For full details see Shuttlecock Federation of Europe

These are the starting positions. The player in position 1 is the server for each team. Every time a new serve starts these positions must be taken.
