
CHEST CONTROL
Stop or control the
Bopper with the chest and then pass it to your
team-mate.

DRAGON TAIL
Keep the Bopper in the air using
the outside of the foot.

FLYING DRAGON
Owing to the movement of the legs , it is nicknamed the 'scissor kick'.

LEOPARD HEAD
Try to keep the
Bopper in the air using only your knees.

|

SHOULDER CONTROL
This technique uses the shoulder to control and pass
the Bopper.

SITTING TIGER
Kick the Bopper with the inside of your foot. Try to
keep it in the air using this technique only.

|

SNAKE COVER PASS
The
power for this pass comes from your whole body.
Neck, waist & hip co-ordination need to be correct.

|

SNAKE KICK
Raise
your foot as high as possible and execute the kick
by bringing the foot down. At the moment of impact,
straighten your ankle to give more power to the
kick. Mind the net!

STANDING CRANE
Kick the Bopper with the instep and try to keep it
in the air using this technique only.
